Hi, I’m Maritza Cota, the founder and creative director behind Beloved Cocktails.

My background in craft bartending taught me that a great drink takes more than a good recipe. It takes care, balance, quality ingredients, and someone who makes you feel welcome. I created Beloved Cocktails to bring that same attention to the moments people gather to celebrate.

Based in Riverside and serving Southern California, we provide mobile bartending and beverage catering for weddings, private celebrations, corporate gatherings, and brand events.

Our creativity extends well beyond cocktails. From thoughtfully crafted mocktails to coffee, tea, matcha, dirty sodas, soda bars, and boba experiences, we love exploring the many ways beverages can bring personality to an event. Whether you envision a lively cocktail bar, a cozy café-inspired setup, or something entirely unexpected, we’re excited to help bring it to life.

Fresh ingredients are at the heart of what we do. We prepare our syrups, cordials, and other specialty ingredients in-house, thoughtfully selecting the flavors, garnishes, and presentation that bring each menu together.

We’re also always learning. Through continued training, beverage education, and hands-on experimentation, we explore new techniques and develop offerings that keep our menus creative and evolving. Trying something new is part of what makes this work so exciting to me, especially when it starts with an idea from a client.

As creative director, I love connecting those possibilities to your celebration. Your favorite flavors, your colors, and the feeling you want to create all help shape the experience—from what’s in the glass to how the bar welcomes your guests.
